REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Last Updated: October 8, 2026
At MatchPoint Health, we are committed to providing a transparent, convenient, and supportive healthcare experience. We understand that individual healthcare needs and circumstances may change, and we strive to make our subscription, cancellation, and refund policies clear and straightforward.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy ("Policy") applies to eligible healthcare subscriptions and purchases made through MatchPoint Health, operated by MatchPointJR LLC, doing business as MatchPoint Health ("MatchPoint Health," "we," "our," or "us").
This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use, which govern your use of our website and services.
1. Subscription Services
MatchPoint Health offers healthcare programs through recurring subscription plans and, where available, one-time purchases.
Subscription Services
Your membership in a recurring healthcare program ("Subscription Services") begins after you have completed the required intake process, received any necessary clinical approval, and successfully completed payment for your initial subscription period.
Subscription Services may include:
- Access to independent licensed healthcare providers.
- Medical consultations and clinical evaluations.
- Prescription medications when determined medically appropriate by a licensed healthcare provider.
- Online patient support and care coordination.
- Prescription fulfillment through authorized partner pharmacies.
- Laboratory services or other healthcare services when included in the selected program.
- Additional support services specifically identified in your selected program.
The services included in your subscription depend on the healthcare program selected at enrollment.
Medical Eligibility
All treatment programs requiring a prescription are subject to evaluation and approval by an independent licensed healthcare provider.
If a healthcare provider determines that you are medically ineligible for your requested treatment during the initial approval process, you will receive a full refund of any payment collected for that unapproved treatment.
MatchPoint Health does not guarantee that any medication will be prescribed or that a patient will qualify for a particular treatment program.
Treatment Outcomes
There is no guarantee of specific results, effectiveness, or medical outcomes from participation in any MatchPoint Health Subscription Service.
Individual results vary based on medical history, treatment adherence, clinical factors, and other circumstances.
2. Subscription Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your MatchPoint Health Subscription Services at any time, for any reason.
To request cancellation, you may:
- Access your MatchPoint Health online account or patient portal and use the available cancellation feature.
- Contact MatchPoint Health customer support at justinr@matchpointhealth.co and request cancellation.
Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, your cancellation request must be received at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date, except where applicable law requires a different cancellation period or method.
If your cancellation request is received within 48 hours of your next scheduled billing date, your subscription may be charged for the upcoming billing cycle, and your cancellation will take effect for the subsequent billing cycle, subject to applicable law.
Access Following Cancellation
Following cancellation, you will generally continue to have access to your applicable Subscription Services through the end of the billing period already paid for, subject to clinical eligibility, program availability, and applicable healthcare requirements.
Cancellation prevents future renewals once the cancellation becomes effective.
Cancellation does not automatically reverse a prescription that has already been submitted to a pharmacy for processing or fulfillment.
Cancellation Confirmation
Patients should retain the confirmation provided when their cancellation is processed.
If you have questions about your cancellation status or renewal date, contact:
justinr@matchpointhealth.co
3. Refund Policy
MatchPoint Health's refund policy is designed to provide fair treatment while accounting for clinical services, prescription processing, pharmacy fulfillment, and other healthcare-related costs.
A. Refund Within the First 72 Hours
If you cancel your Subscription Services within the first 72 hours after the start of your subscription term and have not received any Subscription Services, you are eligible for a full refund.
To request a refund under this provision, contact:
justinr@matchpointhealth.co
The cancellation request must be received within the applicable 72-hour period.
For purposes of this provision, Subscription Services may include completed consultations, clinical reviews, prescription processing, medication fulfillment, laboratory services, or other services included in the purchased program.
B. Refund Due to Medical Disqualification
If an independent licensed healthcare provider determines that you are not medically eligible for your requested Subscription Services during the initial clinical approval process, you will receive a full refund of any amount charged for the unapproved treatment.
If a healthcare provider subsequently determines that you are no longer medically eligible to continue an existing treatment program, your subscription will be canceled or adjusted as appropriate.
Any refund associated with a subsequent medical disqualification will be evaluated based on services already delivered, medication fulfillment status, remaining prepaid services, and applicable law.
C. Monthly Subscription Refunds
For Subscription Services billed monthly:
NO REFUND WILL GENERALLY BE ISSUED UPON CANCELLATION FOR THE CURRENT BILLING MONTH OR ANY PRIOR BILLING MONTHS, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS POLICY OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Patients are responsible for charges properly incurred during billing periods before their cancellation becomes effective.
Canceling a monthly subscription prevents future recurring charges once the cancellation takes effect in accordance with this Policy.
D. Multi-Month Subscription Refunds
For Subscription Services billed for two or more months at a time, a refund may be issued for prepaid months for which no medication has been shipped to the patient.
Refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable subscription terms, the fulfillment status of medications, any services already provided, and applicable law.
Refunds for qualifying unused months will be calculated based on the applicable prepaid subscription charges.
E. One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases are subject to the refund terms disclosed at checkout and any applicable legal requirements.
Where a purchase requires clinical approval, patients determined to be medically ineligible before treatment fulfillment will receive a full refund of the amount charged for the unapproved treatment.
One-time purchases involving prescriptions that have already entered pharmacy fulfillment are subject to the medication fulfillment provisions below.
F. General Refund Restrictions
Except as expressly provided in this Policy or required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally nonrefundable after the applicable refund eligibility period or once covered services have been provided.
MatchPoint Health does not provide refunds solely because a treatment does not achieve a patient's desired outcome.
Nothing in this Policy limits any nonwaivable consumer rights, billing dispute rights, or remedies available under applicable law.
4. Prescription Medication Refunds and Pharmacy Fulfillment
Prescription medications are dispensed and fulfilled through authorized independent pharmacy partners.
Due to applicable pharmacy laws, medication integrity requirements, and patient safety considerations, prescription medications that have been processed or dispensed for an individual patient generally cannot be returned to a pharmacy for resale or reuse.
Once a prescription has been submitted to a pharmacy for fulfillment, associated medication charges are generally nonrefundable, except as required by law or otherwise expressly provided in this Policy.
This policy helps protect medication integrity and patient safety.
Damaged Medication or Packaging
Patients should inspect prescription deliveries promptly upon receipt.
If medication or its packaging appears damaged, compromised, or otherwise unsuitable for use:
- Do not use the affected medication until you have received appropriate guidance.
- Contact the dispensing pharmacy immediately.
- Provide photographs or other supporting evidence of damage when requested.
- Follow the pharmacy's instructions concerning replacement, disposal, or further review.
Damaged medication may be replaced by the dispensing pharmacy after appropriate verification and in accordance with applicable pharmacy procedures.
Incorrect Medication or Items
If you receive an incorrect medication, dosage, quantity, or product:
- Do not use the incorrect medication.
- Contact the dispensing pharmacy immediately.
- Provide the requested order or prescription information.
- Follow the pharmacy's instructions for correction or replacement.
Incorrectly fulfilled items will be addressed by the dispensing pharmacy, including replacement where appropriate.
Shipping and Fulfillment Questions
Medication shipping, packaging, tracking, and delivery are managed by the dispensing pharmacy or its authorized fulfillment partners.
Questions concerning shipment status, damaged items, incorrect medications, or medication handling should be directed to the dispensing pharmacy.
MatchPoint Health may assist patients in identifying the appropriate support channel when necessary.
Nothing in this section restricts remedies required under applicable law.
5. Recurring Billing and Automatic Renewal
Subscription Services renew automatically according to the billing frequency and terms disclosed when you enroll.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize MatchPoint Health or its designated payment processing partners to charge your selected payment method for applicable subscription fees until the subscription is canceled.
Subscription details, including the billing amount, renewal frequency, and cancellation requirements, will be disclosed during enrollment.
Patients are responsible for maintaining an accurate and valid payment method.
To prevent the next renewal charge, cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before the scheduled renewal date, except where a different rule is required by applicable law.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on your financial institution or payment processor.
MatchPoint Health may request reasonable information to verify a purchase, confirm eligibility, or investigate a refund request.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
7. Subscription Services Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in my Subscription Services price?
Your subscription price represents the amount charged for the healthcare program you select.
Depending on the program, this may include live or electronic medical consultations, medical intake review, access to licensed healthcare providers, prescription medications when appropriate, pharmacy fulfillment, laboratory services, patient support, and other healthcare-related services.
The exact inclusions depend on your selected program and will be disclosed during enrollment.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You may cancel at any time for any reason through your available patient account cancellation options or by emailing justinr@matchpointhealth.co.
To avoid your next recurring charge, your request must generally be received at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
Will I receive a refund if I cancel my subscription?
Refund eligibility depends on when you cancel, whether services have already been provided, your billing arrangement, and the status of any prescription fulfillment.
A full refund is available when you cancel within the first 72 hours of a subscription term and have not received any Subscription Services.
Monthly subscription charges for the current or previous billing periods are generally nonrefundable, except as otherwise provided in this Policy or required by law.
What if my healthcare provider determines I am not eligible for treatment?
If you are determined to be medically ineligible during the initial approval process, you will receive a full refund of any amount collected for that unapproved treatment.
What if my healthcare provider determines I am no longer eligible for treatment?
If your Provider determines you are no longer medically eligible to continue treatment, your subscription will be canceled or adjusted as appropriate.
A refund may be issued depending on the services delivered, medication fulfillment status, unused prepaid months, and applicable law.
For assistance, email justinr@matchpointhealth.co.
Can I return unused prescription medication?
Prescription medications generally cannot be returned for a refund or reuse after dispensing, subject to applicable law.
If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the dispensing pharmacy immediately for assistance.
What happens if I cancel after a prescription has been submitted to the pharmacy?
Canceling your subscription does not automatically cancel or reverse prescription fulfillment already in progress.
Medication-related charges may remain nonrefundable once pharmacy processing has begun, except as otherwise required by law.
What if I prepaid for multiple months?
For subscriptions billed two or more months at a time, you may qualify for a refund covering prepaid months for which no medication has been shipped, subject to the applicable subscription terms and legal requirements.
Who should I contact for billing or cancellation assistance?
